Trybe's infrastructure stores and processes data on servers located outside Nigeria (in the United States). Where we transfer your data abroad, we take steps required by the NDPA/NDPR to ensure an adequate level of protection, including contractual safeguards with our processors. We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your account by keeping your password confidential.

The app may ask for access to your camera and microphone (to stream, co-host, record reels and send voice notes), your photo library (to upload media), and notifications. You can manage these permissions at any time in your device settings.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
